We require 1-3 days processing for all orders. This does NOT includes weekends or holidays. Confirmation emails are sent at the time of your purchase. Tracking emails are sent at the time of your shipment and all tracking emails come from “SV Fulfillment”. We do offer FREE same day In-Store pickup for all California Residents. Our pickup location is at our headquarters in Irvine, CA. If you want to save on shipping costs you can place your order for “In-Store Pickup (CA)” and once your order is ready we will send you a text with instructions on how to pickup your order. In-Store Pickup orders are usually ready within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Once your order is ready you will be notified via text.
Same Day Delivery! (CA)
Delivery Hours: Monday-Friday 10am – 5pm (PST)
We are now offering Same Day Delivery to California residents!
There is no minimum order requirement and the delivery fee is based off of the amount of miles from our location to your delivery location.

What states can you NOT ship E-liquid / Nicotine Products to?
Some states do NOT allow the shipment of E-liquid / Nicotine products. Please check your laws in your state to make sure you are not ordering restricted products. We do carry many products on our website that can be shipped to all states like Herbal products, accessories, smokeless products, glass, etc… If your cart contains a E-Liquid / Nicotine product and you are in a restricted state you will not be able to choose your state at checkout. If you have unrestricted products in your cart it will allow you to choose your state at checkout.

How Much is Shipping?
FREE – We now offer free shipping for all orders over $99+!
$8.99 – All orders under $99 that include Eliquid/Vapor Products
$5.99 – All orders under $99 that do NOT include Eliquid/Vapor Products
(Example of eligible products for the $5.99 reduced shipping are Coils, Replacement Pods, Herbal Products, Accessories, Batteries, Smokeless products, Glass, etc..)
Shipping Insurance (Optional)
$4.99 – Covers 100% of the value of your package in the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit. You can add this option at checkout.
How long will it take me to receive my package?
All orders require 1-3 business days processing. Once your order ships typical transit times are 2-5 business days depending on the state you are in. All tracking emails are sent from “SV Fulfillment” at the time of your shipment. If you do not see a tracking email please check your junk/spam folder or contact us via email/phone. All products are shipped from our headquarters in Irvine, CA. If you are in a west coast state typical transit times are 2-3 business days. If you are in a east coast state typical transit times are 3-5 business days.
Adult Signature Required
Due to federal regulations all packages will include “Adult Signature”. This means that someone over the age of 21+ will need to sign for the package. If you are not present at the time of delivery the shipping company will re-attempt up to 3 times before the package is returned to sender. If a package is returned to us we will contact you to discuss your options for reshipment, or issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.
Taxes
Depending on which state you reside in there may be additional taxes added to your order. Some states we ship to require specialty excise taxes on certain products, and others require generic sales tax. If your state requires taxes those taxes will be added and paid by the customer at checkout.
