We will continue to ship with USPS until the final ruling is announced. At this time we are servicing all areas and shipping daily with USPS. Once USPS issues their final ruling we will notify our customers if some service areas become unavailable. Once USPS announces their final ruling and shipping ban we will be exclusively shipping with “X Delivery” and will be servicing about 75% of the united states. If your area is not serviceable upon the initial rollout please check back with us as we will be adding more states as they become available.

California Resident? Save on shipping costs and adult signature fee and place your order for “In-Store Pickup”. You can now pick up your order in-store same day! Simply choose the “In-Store Pickup” option at the end of the checkout process. Please note that All In-store pickup orders are available immediately after your order is placed online and we do not send confirmation emails once your order is ready for pickup. Our team monitors in-store pickup orders periodically throughout the day and processes new orders every 2-3 hours. If you plan on picking  your order up shortly after it is placed and want to make sure your order is ready when you arrive simply call us at 714-884-4012 and let us know you are on the way.

What Shipping service do we use?

All packages will now be shipped with “OLX / X Delivery”. This is the main shipper for all vapor products online now due to PACT ACT and federal guidelines we must adhere to. “X Delivery” is currently servicing about 70% of the united states and is adding coverage areas weekly. If you do not see your state on the “What states are we currently shipping to?” list please check back with us shortly as we will be adding new states as they become available.

How much is shipping?

We are now offering FREE shipping on all orders above $125+ . The order total must be $125 or more before any discounts or taxes have been applied. If your order is eligible for free shipping you will see a “FREE shipping” option at checkout. You must choose this option in order to receive free shipping.

For all other orders we are charging a flat rate of $9.99 per shipment.

Adult Signature Required

Due to PACT Act regulations, all packages will now require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery and will now include a $5 fee at checkout. The adult signature fee will be showcased on a separate line item at checkout. This is required for all shipments.

Excise Taxes

Select Vape is required by law to collect excise tax in states that have a vapor excise tax. If your state has a excise tax it will automatically be added at checkout and will be paid to your state by Select Vape on your behalf. If your state requires a excise tax you will now see a separate line item for the Adult Signature Fee, Sales Tax Fee and Excise Tax Fee. Our system is setup to calculate the cost of excise and sales tax owed based on the state and municipality level that we are shipping your order to. We are shipping packages Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm (PST). We do not ship packages on weekends. Due to a increase in online orders and new federal guidelines we ask that you please now allow 2-3 business days processing for all orders. “OLX / X Delivery” has provided a 3-5 business day transit time for all packages shipped within the united states. Depending on your location this time frame can be slightly more or slightly less. We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days to receive your package after you have received your tracking number.

What happens if I am not home to receive and sign for my package?

We are suggesting that customers ship to their work place if you are not expecting to be home during the day of your delivery or do not have another adult present at your shipping address to sign for your package. X Delivery will attempt to deliver your package a total of (3) times before sending the package back to us. If your package is sent back to us we will contact you and ask if you would like us to issue a full refund minus your shipping costs, or you can choose to pay for the package to be re-shipped.
