Current Shipping Policy: We require 3-5 business days processing for all orders. This does NOT include weekends, or holidays. We are working around the clock to get all orders out within a timely matter and appreciate your patience. Confirmation emails are sent at the time of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam or junk folder. Tracking emails are sent at the time of shipment. All shipping is done through private couriers. Depending on your shipping address location transit times may vary. For west coast states shipping transit times are 2-3 business days. For East Coast states shipping transit times are 5-7 business days. We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days after your order is placed to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number has been received please allow 5-7 business days to receive your package.

NOTE: If your state is not listed on the list above we do not have the ability to service your state at this time. This could be due to temporary shipping restrictions, vape bans, high excise taxes, or servicing restrictions regarding the PACT ACT. FREE SAME DAY “IN STORE PICKUP” AVAILABLE NOW!

California Resident? Save on shipping costs and adult signature fee and place your order for “In-Store Pickup”. You can now pick up your order in-store same day! Simply choose the “In-Store Pickup” option at the end of the checkout process. Please note that All In-store pickup orders are available immediately after your order is placed online and we do not send confirmation emails once your order is ready for pickup. Our team monitors in-store pickup orders periodically throughout the day and processes new orders every 2-3 hours. If you plan on picking  your order up shortly after it is placed and want to make sure your order is ready when you arrive simply call us at 714-884-4012 and let us know you are on the way.

What Shipping service do we use?

All packages will now be shipped with Private Shipping Couriers. We are no longer able to use USPS (United States Postal Service) now due to PACT ACT and federal guidelines we must adhere to. Depending on which state you reside in there will be different carriers used to service your area. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped that will have your carriers information and tracking updates. All deliveries require adult signature and must be signed for in order to receive your package. NOTE: All orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS

 

Typical shipping transit times for Regional shipping is as follows:

West Coast States – 3-5 business days from ship date. (estimate)

East Coast States – 5-11 business days from ship date. (estimate)

How much is shipping?

We are now offering FREE shipping on all orders above $125+ . The order total must be $125 or more before any discounts or taxes have been applied. If your order is eligible for free shipping you will see a “FREE shipping” option at checkout. You must choose this option in order to receive free shipping.

For all other orders we are charging a flat rate of $15.99 per shipment. This includes your adult signature fee.

Adult Signature Required

 

Due to PACT Act regulations, all packages will now require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery and will now include a $5 fee at checkout. The $5 adult signature fee will be included in your total shipping cost. We recommend to ship to your place of business if you do not plan on having a adult at your home residence during your delivery time. The carriers will attempt 2-3 times for re-delivery if you are not available to sign for your package. After the 3rd attempt the carrier will send the package back to us. Typically if a package is returned to sender because of non-delivery it will take anywhere from 3-4 weeks for us receive back. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the package back. If we do receive your package back because you missed multiple attempts to sign and would like your package re-shipped you will need to pay for the $14.99 shipping cost again.

Excise Taxes

Select Vape is required by law to collect excise tax in states that have a vapor excise tax and sales tax where applicable. If your state has a excise tax it will automatically be added at checkout and will be paid to your state by Select Vape on your behalf. If your state requires a excise tax you will now see a separate line item for the  Sales Tax Fee and/or Excise Tax Fee. Our system is setup to calculate the cost of excise and sales tax owed based on the state and municipality level that we are shipping your order to. We are shipping packages Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm (PST). We do not ship packages on weekends. Due to a increase in online orders and new federal guidelines we ask that you please now allow 3-5business days processing for all orders. We usually get packages out within 2-3 business days and our team is working around the clock to get all packages out within a timely matter. If you have not received a tracking number after the 5th business day please contact us via email or by phone.

When will I receive my package?

Once your order is placed we ask that you please allow 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number. Once you receive your email with your tracking link we ask that you please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information and scans.

What happens if I am not home to receive and sign for my package?

We are suggesting that customers ship to their work place if you are not expecting to be home during the day of your delivery or do not have another adult present at your shipping address to sign for your package. Your carrier will attempt to deliver your package a total of (2-3) times before sending the package back to us. If your package is sent back to us we will contact you and ask if you would like us to issue a full refund minus your shipping costs, or you can choose to pay for the package to be re-shipped and pay the $14.99 shipping fee again. We will need to receive your package back before these options become available.
